Cannot go wrong with Accor hotels
Checking and checkout was fuss free. I had the pleasure of being attended by Evelyne at the front desk. Her charming demeanor certainly helped to chill me after a much delayed flight.
The room was well appointed and more importantly, I was able to properly control the settings of the air conditioner. My only feedback is that there is no power point situated near the work desk.
Breakfast was very decent and lunch was equally good.
I would certainly consider booking my next trip to Hanoi at the Movenpick Living West again
