Excellent hôtel et personnel
Cette IGH a dépassé mes attentes. J'ai séjourné ici deux fois ce mois-ci, et les deux fois ont été excellents. Nous sommes des voyageurs à temps plein et des membres Diamond. Les chambres étaient propres, bien entretenues et calmes. Le petit déjeuner était très agréable. Le service dans cet hôtel est excellent. Chaque employé de la réception aux membres du restaurant est exceptionnellement sympathique et arrangeant. L'hôte du petit déjeuner connaissait nos restrictions alimentaires immédiatement après avoir donné notre numéro de chambre. Le personnel du bar nous a fait un punch aux fruits frais personnalisé qui était délicieux. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les coupons de boisson gratuits et les machines à laver gratuites. Petit problème est que le WiFi / Internet était. faible dans notre chambre.

Très bon emplacement pour explorer Hanoï
Nous pensons que c'était un très bel hôtel pour notre premier séjour à Hanoï. Il est assez proche pour marcher et profiter de toute l'agitation et le bruit du vieux quartier, mais assez loin pour obtenir une bonne nuit de sommeil dans une partie pas si bruyante de la ville. Le personnel de la réception était accueillant. Le personnel du petit déjeuner dans le restaurant était exceptionnel, et le petit déjeuner était excellent et a dépassé nos attentes, en particulier par rapport à d'autres hôtels Hilton Garden Inn aux États-Unis. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre balcon et vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Nous reviendrons. En outre, certainement profiter de la culture Rooftop Bar à Hanoï. C’est vraiment amusant.

Daté et a besoin d'investissement
Je suis venu ici pour un peu de luxe après mon séjour airbnb mais mon airbnb était mieux! La chambre est de bonne taille mais la télévision est minuscule et ce n’est pas une télévision intelligente donc je ne peux pas regarder Netflix ou YouTube. Quelques taches sur la moquette. Le personnel est super mais ce Hilton a besoin d'amour.

Bel hôtel central pour la visite de Hanoï
Alors que la plupart des sites nécessitaient un trajet en bus touristique, l'emplacement à environ un kilomètre du lac Hoan Kiem était excellent. La chambre manquait de caractère mais elle était spacieuse et confortable. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner étalé avec un bon mélange de nourriture occidentale et vietnamienne. Le personnel était professionnel et très attentif car nous n'avons jamais eu à attendre plus de quelques secondes quand nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit.

Très belle grande chambre
Au cours de notre circuit nous avons passé une nuit dans cette hôtel service très agréable très très grande chambre la vue par contre pas top .la literie était parfaite le petit déjeuner copieux on avait largement le choix au buffet je recommande cet hôtel
