Negatives - No signage, easily missed if you arrive at night. Just a single small door. Nothing says ilford towers. No signage inside the place either. Need to call a number. Entrance passage and elevator had a consistent garbage smell.
Rodent present in our apartment. On the 3rd floor. So that was not great at all. Beds very uncomfy. Aircon in room not working.
Some staff friendly. Others not so much.
If you are on a budget and don’t mind simple lodgings then it could be ok.
