L'Hotel Novecento est une magnifique résidence d'époque implantée dans le centre historique de Pise, à quelques minutes à pied de la Tour de Pise. Ses chambres présentent une décoration élégante et un mobilier de haute qualité.

Emplacement idéal
L'hôtel était à 5 minutes à pied de la tour et à environ 15 minutes de la gare. Emplacement très central. Les environs de l'hôtel étaient calmes avec quelques restaurants à proximité.
Nous avons senti que le prix pour l'hôtel était un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Old hotel but perfect location.
Opinion written in Spanish as required by Tripadvisor rules (CATALAN NOT ADMITTED). From here I claim that it is Catalan, a language recognized by Tripadvisor.

Good location but bad experience at the hotel.
We were served by the owner who only speaks and understands Italian, without bothering to understand another language.
He gives us a room on the second floor and, not to our surprise, to use the mini elevator you have to hold down the button for the floor where you want to go. The elevator car does not have a door and therefore it is the wall that is visible as the elevator goes up.
When you get to the room there is an unpleasant smell that I cannot explain…. I opened the window which remained like that until the night we returned and that smell remained the same.
The information says that it includes breakfast, but the lady said no. As we protested he agreed to put some breakfast
We only stayed one day. We paid the 95 euros for the stay with a card and when asked if we could leave two small suitcases, he accepted but asked us for 5 euros.
We asked him to charge with the card as we had done before and he said no, in cash. But he did not want to give us proof of that extra payment.
When we returned for the suitcases we told him that no hotel had ever charged us for leaving our suitcases and he told us that the five euros were the fees that the city council charges tourists… A fee that it charges in cash…?
We make it clear that we are tourists but not fools.
Of course I DO NOT recommend this hotel.
