we thank you for sharing your review, even though we are strongly convinced that our services and property do not deserve the given score. Nonetheless, we take this opportunity to share what has really happened during your stay and - maybe - the reason of your comment. First of all, our strongest points are staff and cleaning service - as stated by most of our visitors. Our staff is always available to help Guests every time; in fact - as soon as we were informed of the problem - we immediately check your room with our housekeeping and offered an extra cleaning service. We would also like to point out that, the day of your arrival, it was not possible to change the room because the hotel was full but, as soon as another room became available the following day, we changed it. Regarding the fact that our staff seemed rude, we would like to clarify that we were listening to your complaint and looking for a promptly solution. As far as your room is concerned, please note that you have booked a Classic Small Double Room - all characteristics and dimensions are clearly specified before making a reservation - and we assigned the same typology booked. For future times, we suggest you to read in details the characteristics of the rooms available, in order to choose the one which best suits your needs in terms of facilities and dimensions. We hope to have clarified our point of view.

Exceptional
The heating was super quiet and the most important thing and that is not centralized as in most hotels, you can turn it on if it is cold and turn it off if it is hot.
Located near the station and in a very quiet and safe area.
We will definitely be back.
