MPT PAYAL A Minimalistic tourist friendly hotel.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean toilets. The food was delicious and offered a variety of cuisines. The complimentary breakfast, though limited in variety, was tasty.

Pretty Payal
It was a pleasure to walk around the premises absorbing the laid back feel of the place and rather nice to see a little library of books tucked away in one corner of the recption area too. The rooms were clean and well furnished too and the bathrooms were also big and well maintained.
There was also a spotted puppy who came wagging up to join us on our stroll around the grounds.

Charming MPT property with a great location
Pros
1. Location is certainly an advantage. Less than a km away from Western Group of temples and Matangeshwar temple, we could walk down easily. Just next to this is a tribal museum and eateries like Raj Cafe are also in walkable distance.
2. The property is well laid with large campus and welcome area, spacious lobby, nice and big restaurant area, a well maintained swimming pool and single storey residential block.
3. Helpful and active MPT manager who oversaw operations in reception and restaurant. On my checkout day, prime minister had come to Khajuraho and he guided me to exit Khajuraho early and the route to take to avoid travel restrictions and increased security checking.
4. Rooms were nicely done with clean washroom and linens.
Cons
1. The setup of a barrack style accommodation may seem a little archaic if you are a city person used to modern hotels.

Stay at MPT PAYAL KHAJURAHO
The beautiful Rangoli made by Amrita on the Makar Sankranti day ( 14.01.2025) will be remembered forever.
Had a great time at MPT PAYAL HOTEL, KHAJURAHO and would definitely visit this place,once again,with family
