Le personnel ici est incroyable
Les hôtels sont seulement aussi bons que les gens qui les dirigent, et chaque personne à l'hôtel AC (Reyna, Nala, Vivian, les directeurs, le personnel de nettoyage) ils sont tous au-dessus et au-delà de l'appel du devoir. Ils m'ont fait sentir comme chez moi. Ils m'ont offert une aide supplémentaire pour trouver des endroits, des recommandations personnelles, m'ont écouté de longues histoires, m'ont fait rire, et je les ai également vu traiter chaque client de la même façon.
C'est le seul hôtel de Phoenix où je vais aller.
A vous tous à l'hôtel, j'espère vous voir bientôt ! Merci de prendre soin de mes sacs !
