Great stay, great people

Thought I had comped reservations for Britol, some how, the computer switched me to Atlantic city. Showed up to Bristol with no reservations.
The staff, whos names I don't remember, were great. They gave us a comped room for Sunday day. All the staff from room attendants to managers were very professional and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Hard Rock Bristol.
Be prepared for a few things
1. Valey parking is $10.00, hotel guest or not.
2. Be sure and bring your reading glasses. Everything in the room is very small text.
3. If you figure out the coffee maker I would like to hear the solution.
But overall, it was a great experience.

I am disappointed that we were not told that this place is not family friendly at all. None of the sit down restaurants allow guests under 20, not even the Hard Rock Cafe! And to top it off after we checked into our room and wanted to go grab a bite at the Marketplace food hall we were told there was no walking path from the Hotel to the Food Court with a child. We had to go back into our car and drive around the back of the building to another entrance. VERY inconvenient and this should have been disclosed when booking. At least have a shuttle to take us. We stayed 2 nights and the morning after our first night I put the sign on for Housekeeping to make up at room at 6:45AM, we returned after a long day at 8:50 PM and the room was never made up. I then had to call for towels before we could settle in for the night. It was a Wednesday and Thursday night, certianly not peak times. Service was below par and we will not stay again. We have stayed at 3 other Hard Rock Hotels throughout the world and this one does not deserve the name.

Hard Rock Bristol Rocks

We loved our stay here! Everyone was super friendly. Our room was spotless! The options for food were excellent for our taste. We stayed during the week and on Thursday evening, live music was offered from 6pm to 10pm. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to Bristol Motor Speedway and just five minutes to downtown Bristol, where you can also stop by the Lost State Distillery, Stateline Bar and Grill, Cootie Brown’s and Michael Waltrip’s
Brewery. Highly recommend!

Great Experience

So happy to have Hard Rock Casino in Bristol, a place only 45 minutes away and now my new home casino. The room was very nice and comfy and the pool area was the neatest area swim inside or outdoors. I did not eat while I was there, as a diehard gambler, ain’t got time for that The staff was very friendly, check in was very easy and quick. Plenty of slot selection. I will definitely be back.

Enjoyable weekend

We stayed at the Hard Rock hotel and casino for a friend 60th birthday. Our accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed all of our meals and adult beverages on site the entire weekend. All employees we came in contact with were professional and helpful. We were there on a weekend where a winter storm was coming thru so I was concerned there would be a skeleton staff but the staff that was there kept things going beautifully. We really appreciated all the hardworking staff. There are areas that are not completed on the lower level and the non smoking casino area didn’t have any dealers but we were satisfied with the upper level gambling areas and restaurants. It’s located just off the interstate so it’s easy to get to. We’ll go again!
