Le meilleur hôtel de Séoul sinon du monde. Les services étaient incroyables et plus que remarquables!!! La nourriture était incroyable!
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et hors de ce monde! ! ! Le chef français, Mikael Robin, était toujours là et attentif. Il est le meilleur dans son domaine sans aucun doute. Chef absolument génial !
Le personnel était exceptionnel et très poli et sympathique. J'ai passé un si bon moment, que je prévois des vacances bientôt et de séjourner à nouveau à l'hôtel Sofitel. Je recommande vivement ! ! !
Je vais certainement y retourner et profiter de cet hôtel merveilleux.

Sofitel Seoul hotel pursues the blending of French and Korean culture and all the dishes at 5 different venues provided also appropriately represent the cuisines of both countries as well.
Next time of your visit, I would highly recommend to visit our , the weekend buffet, where our chef Mikael has put more color in the French taste at our chic bistro restaurant, Fait Maison.

Merveilleux séjour
Je n'aurais pas pu demander un meilleur emplacement.
Les commodités étaient nombreuses, le personnel était absolument fabuleux, et la nourriture était super.
Si je suis nit - pointilleux, le seul inconvénient de cet emplacement est l'ennui d'avoir l'ascenseur de commutation des chambres au chèque - dans le hall, puis au rez-de-chaussée.

As you mentioned, there are many attractive spots for tourists such as attractions, shopping areas and eateries surrounding Sofitel.
Moreover, it is true we are very close to public transports, several bus stops and also next to two metro lines including the circular ones which is the best to discover the city.
In regards to the elevators, we understand our structural division of elevators may cause our guest inconvenience.
As you are already aware of, this is to ensure our guests’ safety and security from the public as we are in one wing of twin buildings while the other side is for retails where always are crowded with visitors in & out frequently.
To minimize this confusion, we allocate as many staff as we could indeed to help and assist with our valuable guests and we will continue to devote our efforts to better serve our valued guests.

Bon choix d'hébergements à Gangnam
En plus, le personnel est très serviable, même le plus propre, surtout les grooms! Ils savaient que nous attendions le taxi Uber, mais le chauffeur a été arrêté dans une autre zone d'attente. Ces grooms ont fait de leur mieux pour trouver le taxi Uber !
Nous apprécions leur permettre qui a fait notre journée!

Le meilleur comme le pire...
Le pire: une très mauvaise expérience avec les concierges. J'avais réservé un tour privé à DMZ pour mon dernier jour à Seoul. Ils m'ont confirmé le tour mais oublié de faire la réservation auprès du prestataire. Résultat: je quitte Seoul sans avoir pu voir la DMZ. Dommage, fin de séjour complètement gachée.

Séjour mémorable à long terme
Le séjour a été bien au-delà des attentes. Un excellent emplacement à Jamsil, fantastique hébergement 5 étoiles et de haute qualité des services fournis aux résidents. Cet endroit était vraiment une maison loin de la maison pour moi et cela est également principalement dû au professionnalisme et à la convivialité incroyables de l'équipe. T
