Hôtel charmant, parking sécurisé
L'hôtel est très récent, la chambre familiale très spacieuse, les lits très confortables, la douche vraiment très bonne (avec la tête de pluie sur le mur mais aussi une unité portative si vous le souhaitez).
Le parking est relativement spacieux et relativement facile d'entrer et de sortir de la voiture / de l'espace, le coût est de 15 euros par nuit, donc pas le moins cher mais c'est une installation souterraine sécurisée bien moins chère que d'avoir quelque chose qui arrive à votre voiture sur le rue!
Cela aurait pu être un séjour parfait uniquement parce que la salle de bain n'était pas nettoyée correctement (le dernier invité avait vraiment les cheveux noirs, on peut supposer) et il y avait un problème dans la climatisation qui fonctionnait VRAIMENT bien, mais dans notre cas aussi bien que là était une accumulation de condensation - c'est un problème connu qu'ils pensaient être déjà résolu, donc je ne leur en tiendrai pas trop rigueur.
L'emplacement est à seulement 5 minutes plus loin dans la rue de l'autre auberge Premier, c'est à la périphérie du centre-ville dans une zone quelque peu industrielle / commerciale avec le centre des congrès, donc l'action est un peu éloignée mais pas trop loin en même temps.
Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner ni utilisé le bar, donc je ne peux rien en dire. Ils servent des pizzas (et des hamburgers ? ? ) jusqu'à tard, ce qui pourrait être utile à quelqu'un qui ne veut pas se rendre en ville à son arrivée.
Dans l'ensemble, je peux imaginer que nous reviendrons lors de nos longs trajets en voiture et j'espère que la prochaine fois, la salle de bain ne rencontrera pas les mêmes problèmes.

A really weird experience
In this regard, the list of deficiencies in this hotel is long. It already started with the communication before arrival where I had asked if I could pay cash. I was informed that this was no problem at all. On the spot, however, I was taught better. My banknotes (2x200 EUR) were not accepted and the rest of the cash was not enough to settle the total. When I asked where there was a savings bank here, I saw a perplexed face. A deposit was also not possible but only the full payment of the stay. So I had to walk through Saarbrücken to have my cash changed. Communication with some reception staff was also difficult due to a lack of language skills. So it went on cheerfully during the stay. The hotel has made it its mission not to let the rooms be cleaned. This only happens from a stay of 2 days but you also have to register. I had booked 4 nights and said right on the first day that I would like a clean room for the entire duration of my stay. This was noted and commented with "ok". When nobody came to the room after the second night, I asked again. They said I had to give extra notice every day. Hmm...!!??? By the way, the rooms were cleaned by an external service provider who usually only came in the afternoon. The quality of the room cleaning varied from day to day. From good to poor.
Facilities: The hotel itself is actually quite nice. If you want to stay here longer, be prepared for the fact that there is no wardrobe but only a wardrobe. But the bathroom is all the bigger, easily accessible even for the disabled. My mattress was unfortunately a bit slack. Good is the kettle in the room and the Wi-Fi in all areas.
Conclusion: Communication and service are poor. The price/performance ratio is therefore not appropriate. When I was asked on departure if everything was okay and I denied it, I had the impression that my criticism was unwanted. So better not ask if you don't want to know!
PS. A co-worker was very nice and got me extra hangers for the wardrobe. Unfortunately, this employee, probably the only one willing to help.

Spacious, individual and a good standard
Friendly welcome, nice thoughts on the walls, uncomplicated.
The beds were as desired with allergy bedding and the pillows were great, so I slept very well.
Bathroom very fine, good shower, coffee, tea making facilities and very good I found that you could cancel the room service during the stay of 2 nights.
Good offer of happy hour on all drinks from 5 - 7 pm. It's just a shame that some guests come at 6.59pm and then very loudly demand the offer.
This slightly clouded the otherwise good and very relaxed atmosphere.
Checkout also very straightforward, friendly.
Thank you very much, I keep the house and the necklace in good memory.
